Title: Prohelika

Artist: Manzoor Elahi

Media: Hand Painted Digital Mixed Media Poster

Size: 23inch X 36inch

Year: 2015

Concept: This experimental mixed-media poster highlights the persistent wage inequality faced by working women. Despite performing the same work as men, women are often underpaid, overlooked, and undervalued. The burdened female figure symbolizes resilience amid injustice, while the expressive composition calls for equal pay, dignity, and recognition of women’s labour.

Exhibited at: The Annual Show, Department of Graphic Design, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh (2015).
