I draw because I hope. I draw because I believe that even in the darkest moments, light still exists.
This work explores hope, faith, darkness, and the human desire for a better future. Darkness represents uncertainty, fear, struggle, and the difficult realities of life, while light symbolizes hope, possibility, and the strength to continue.
The act of drawing becomes a personal form of resistance—a way of searching for light when it cannot yet be seen. Through lines, forms, and contrasts, the work reflects the journey from darkness toward hope.
For me, hope is not the absence of darkness; it is the ability to believe in light despite it. This work is a quiet reminder that even in the most uncertain moments, the possibility of light remains.
